Accessing website is extremely slow compared to other sites

When accessing this website free-hostin(dot)com pages take so long to load. Over 45seconds for page to fully load. This also happens when trying to access my website cedartree(dot)co(dot)cc

Working in cpanel however is normal and everything loads at normal speeds. I've checked my broadband speeds and everything seems fine.

Sometimes pages don't load and i get a timeout error as if both sites are down. This seems to happen simultaneously with both sites free-hostin(dot)com and cedartree(dot)co(dot)cc

Please help and suggest how this problem can be fixed

I'm experiencing the same thing. My site loads very slow and when it does everything is messed up.

Please fix up the problem.
